Step 1: Take a deep breath, this is a start of a new you, call or email the club and book yourself in for an initial chat and tour of the club.
Step 2: Come in for that chat, with one of our senior trainers, and sort out some goals and achievements you would like to happen, and if you like, start off with an initial trial personal training session.
Step 3: If you like what you hear and you want to get started on those goals and achievements, not wait another 12 months, then sign up and get yourself started on the road to a new you.
Step 4: Start with a health consultation and either have your personal trainer with you on a regular weekly basis, or we can customise a program for you and show you what to do.
