Kathryn - The Boss and Personal Trainer

Kathryn has been a part of the Revolution Fitness Team (and previously Adrenalin Health Club) for 10 years. During those years she has added a number of strings to her bow, as well as personal training there is Rehabilitation, Pilates, Body Pump, RPM, Cycle, Bootcamp and Body Balance just to name a few.

If it's rehabilitation work, weight loss, core stability, bouncing back after baby or even just general fitness you are after, Kathryn can help you reach your goals.

Andy - Personal Trainer

Andy’s passion for fitness comes from a life of competing in all forms of sport and a keen interest in high performance. He has over 2 years experience as a Personal Trainer, guiding many towards their health and fitness goals. Outside of the gym Andy enjoys triathlons, running, swimming and playing football, plus he is currently studying to be a Sports Physiotherapist for elite athletes

Lincoln - Personal Trainer

Lincoln is a passionate fitness instructor who specialises in strength training and conditioning as well as weight loss through nutrition and is an experienced boxing instructor. Having been interested in working in the fitness industry for many years now, he has always strived to live an active and healthy life. His desire to help others reach their health and fitness goals are what keeps him motivated as a personal trainer.
